Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unaltered items in their original condition with all original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must be free from perfume, stains, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, altered items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Pieces available for immediate dispatch are eligible for return under the standard return policy.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +92 313 2799458 or email at info@tehreemzahra.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges where stock allows. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
