Delivery Areas
We deliver across all of Pakistan. Standard delivery is available to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days from dispatch. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Pieces marked for immediate dispatch ship within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
Delivery
We offer completely free delivery on all orders. No minimum order value is required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders require additional production time. You will be notified via WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery with our courier partner.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will try twice more. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing an international order to confirm rates and delivery estimates.
